Before founding Certified Asset Management, Inc., Robert L. Higgins, administered Rare Coin Enterprises, a fund of rare coins of Delaware Valley Rare Coins in Broomall, Pennsylvania. This fund operated for three years and its success gave way to a second fund. In September 2001, Certified Assets Management started operations together with the Rare Coin Alliance, LTD., administering the daily buy and sell of rare coins using his substantial financial resources. Mr. Higgins has over 30 years of experience in the numismatic and precious metals markets. He is life member of the prestigious American Numismatic Association and the Florida United Numismatist.

ALBERTO WASHINGTON

CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Mercury Fund Management, LLC

Mr. Washington has been involved in the numismatic world for nearly two decades. Both a private collector and investor, he has an intimate knowledge of this market and many important relationships with other key market participants. Prior to founding Mercury Fund Management, he spent ten years working in the asset management industry. He has served as the Vice President of the Global Stock Selection Group at AQR Capital Management and as Private Equity and M&A Analyst at Greenhill & Co. Mr. Washington has a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, a BS in Systems Engineering, and an MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

DR. JEFFREY CASELLO

Director of Asset Modeling of Mercury Fund Management, LLC

Dr. Casello is an accomplished academic, recognized for excellence in research and teaching. His mathematical aptitude facilitates unique evaluations of investment vehicles which broadens the offerings available to our clients. His background in mathematical system optimization techniques is used to develop and oversee the implementation of the technical methods which inform the firm’s activities. Dr. Casello has a PhD in Systems Engineering, a MS in Systems Engineering, and a BS in Civil Engineering Systems from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Casello also has an MS in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

CLIFFORD HAUGEN

CFA – CFO and Chief Compliance Officer of Mercury Fund Management, LLC

Mr. Haugen has been involved in the asset management industry for the past decade, working for both private and public high-net-worth money management firms. He has served as CFO and Chief Compliance Officer for both RIA firms and broker/dealers providing compliance and portfolio management services to more than $1 billion in client assets. He sits on the national Operations Advisory Committee of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, holds FINRA series 4, 7, 24, 27, 53, 66, 86 (via waiver), 87 licenses, a Pennsylvania Insurance license, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Haugen has a BS Economics from the Wharton School, a BS in Systems Engineering, an MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a certificate in Relational Database Design from Temple University.
